Sushi Menu

I think it demonstrates that I have a good working knowledge of Japanese restaurant menus.

Better posts pending...I've been pretty busy with our Burning Man art car project, CITY IN THE DESERT and, um, vacation. One of the previous commenters wanted me to post my sushi menu, so here goes.
PS, don't try to look up a sushi joint at that address...It's a different kind of establishment entirely.
