Japanese Tragedy Redux (and creepy places!)

Because I got fed up with looking at that lame-o biker drawing, here's a spiffed-up version of a drawing from many months ago.^^

Here also is a series of brief sketches of Creepy Places...because I don't do settings very often and need practice.

Cha Des Sweaty Bikers

As I was drawing this, it suddenly occured to me that I didn't really know what a motorcycle looked like.

And speaking of bikers, I recently got an email from someone I'd met six years ago, back when I was going to the University of Delaware. I hadn't taken any lifedrawing classes at that point. Anyway, she'd gotten a tattoo of one of my notebook sketches, and sent me some pics. I sort of have mixed feelings about it, because I've improved a lot since then, and it's a little weird to have your old obsolete art immortalized on someone's skin. But she's happy with it, so I guess that's what matters.^^

Apparently she named him 'Simon.'

Most Ambitious Capers #81

Endangered animals fetch a high price on the black market, but it may not be worth the trouble.
